Raymarine brings together advanced aerospace guidance technology with a user-friendly installation process in the EV-200 Power autopilot system. This system eliminates the need for a compass swing or calibration, and the EV-200 Power doesn't require adjustment to the specific boat it's installed on. Leveraging Evolution AiTM control algorithms, this autopilot system can perceive its environment, calculate, and adapt steering commands for optimal performance. The result is precise course-keeping, regardless of varying vessel speeds or sea conditions.

Tailored for powerboats with hydraulic steering, the EV-200 Power includes the Type 1 Hydraulic Pump, designed to operate the boat's steering mechanism as part of the Raymarine autopilot system. It's ideal for boats with existing hydraulic steering systems, and it can also be used on boats with mechanical steering in conjunction with a secondary steering ram. The hydraulic pump features a precision gear pump and a check valve driven by a servo motor. If your boat already has a compatible hydraulic pump, you can opt for Model 14842835, sold without the hydraulic drive.

The p70R control head, designed specifically for powerboats, is powered by Raymarine's LightHouse user interface, providing organized menu structures for easy navigation. The Evolution system offers a quick setup, allowing users to be up and running in minutes. The p70R control head includes a rotary dial for straightforward course setting, and the boat can even be steered using it. Note that a multifunction display running Raymarine's LightHouse II software is required, and some autopilot functionality may be limited without a dedicated autopilot control head in the system.
