GARMIN GPSMAP 1242xsv Multifunction Display - US and Canada Navionics+ Charts
Experience an all-in-one marine solution with the 12” GPSMAP® 1242xsv keyed combo. This comprehensive unit features a large, bright screen, keypad interface, and multifunction control knob for intuitive control. With built-in support for Garmin CHIRP sonar, CHIRP ClearVü™, and CHIRP SideVü™ scanning sonars, it offers versatile sonar capabilities. Additionally, it supports Panoptix™ and LiveScope™ sonar products, including the LiveScope™ Plus System, and a variety of other transducers (sold separately).
The combo's built-in Wi-Fi® technology allows seamless pairing with the free ActiveCaptain® smartphone app, providing access to features like OneChart™, smart notifications, Garmin Quickdraw™ Community data, and more. Garmin Marine Network support enables the sharing of sonar, maps, user data, radar, IP cameras, and live sonar among multiple units. The unit also supports NMEA 2000® and NMEA 0183 network connectivity for autopilots, digital switching, weather, media, VHF, AIS, and other sensors.
Integrated ANT® connectivity supports compatible quatix® smartwatches, the gWind™ Wireless 2 transducer, the GNX™ Wind marine instrument, and wireless remote controls (sold separately). Preloaded Garmin Navionics+™ coastal charts and inland mapping feature Auto Guidance+™ technology (Auto Guidance+ is for planning purposes only and does not replace safe navigation operations). Optional Garmin Navionics Vision+™ premium map content is also supported. The combo includes Quickdraw Contours software and access to the Quickdraw Community on the Garmin Connect™ online network. Monitor RPMs, fuel flow, temperature, trim, and more for up to four compatible Mercury® engines using the SmartCraft® Connect gateway.
